Fusebox Theatre Farewell Show

Going, Going...Gone

Going, Going...Gone
Whatever future the FuseBox Theatre franchise might have—with co-founders John Sexton and Mandy Butler soon relocating to Richmond—you can’t say it hasn’t been a notable 20-month run in Music City. Comprised mostly of Improv Nashville ex-pats, FBX broke new ground with savvy Internet marketing, productive alliances with comedy and music groups both inside and outside of Nashville, and concept shows that explored modern society and the age of instant information. This final (for now) ensemble performance promises to offer a “greatest hits” approach—with sets from This Just In! and the ever-popular Craigslist Show—plus monologues, a free-form montage and a general spirit of appreciation from the troupe to their devoted audience.
