Fever Queen at Betty's

Betty's Got the Fever

Betty's Got the Fever
Local guitarist William Tyler (Lambchop, Cortney Tidwell, Silver Jews) describes Betty’s Bar and Grill as “Springwater without the attitude and the evil.” Tucked on a side street between Charlotte Pike and the interstate, the West Nashville dive has come to rival Springwater as THE place to mingle with hipster types and sad barflies alike while indulging in live music from out of left field. It’s the perfect place for a debut by Fever Queen—treasured Nashville songstress Cortney Tidwell’s experimental alter ego. For this performance she’ll be joined by a few of her regular bandmates—some of the most exciting players in town—as well as Nashville’s queen of noise-rock, Leslie Keffer.
