On the Look: "Who doesn't love Americana, denim and a superhero? I do, in a big way.
"It's starting to get cold in Nashville, and I was already bored with jacket options, and I hadn't even begun looking. So after a good episode of Dexter, I thought to myself, 'Who says a man can't wear a cape on a Thursday?' He is a superhero, people. I dug through some of my old Pendleton blankets, and decided to whip one up. A few pins later — voilà.
"Now I can do the cape, but I thought the Lycra bottoms might push it. My friends at Imogene + Willie took the Lycra away and traded it for the new Barton denim. While at the shop, they showed me this great new washed denim shirt. It didn't even have buttons yet, but I had to have it.
"Now some might say I'm obsessed with Aztec (who of you doesn't have a vice) so to complete the look I added a piece from Roarke NYC. Boots? Peter Nappi. Some of the finest footwear I've ever seen.
"So be bold. Fight crime. Wear a cape."
