As the name indicates, skewered meat and vegetables form the backbone of their menu, with chicken, beef, lamb and salmon the options for kabobing. With its intoxicating smell of savory grilled meat, the gyro sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato, onion and yogurt sauce wrapped in a large round of homemade pita.
