On Monday, Nov. 8, Yazoo Brewing Co. will showcase its hefeweizenan authentic rendition of a south German wheat beer that took home a gold medal at Denver's recent Great American Beer Festival. Brewmaster Linus Hall will team up with Bound'ry/Chu executive chef Therese Everett to present the first in a series of monthly dinners in the Phoenix Room of the Bound'ry, with subsequent dinners held the second Monday of every month (with the exception of December).
