Dannion Brinkley & Dave Mason at The Belcourt

Compassion in Action

Compassion in Action
In his 1995 best seller Saved by the Light, Dannion Brinkley described how a literal bolt from the blue left him clinically dead for some 28 minutes--yet saved him with intimations of a world beyond. The night after his appearance at Davis-Kidd, where he'll sign copies of his new book The Secrets of the Light: Lessons from Heaven, he speaks at this event to raise awareness of The Twilight Brigade, a volunteer organization that assists dying veterans in their last days. He'll be joined by Traffic co-founder and Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Famer Dave Mason, of "Feelin' Alright" and "We Just Disagree" fame. Tickets are $15 or $10 veterans and students.
