CAANs annual extravaganza moves to Wild Ginger this year, where the culinary team will ring in the Year of the Tiger with eight courses, ranging from crab-and-spinach soup to stir-fried sea cucumber. Expect a traditional Asian meal delivered with Wild Gingers signature contemporary flair. The auspicious menu will include drunken chicken, representing a good beginning; crispy fried whole fish, symbolizing surplus and plenty; Cantonese-style double pan-fried noodles for longevity; and sweets for a sweet year. CAANs astonishingly athletic lion dancers and drum team will perform.
