Restaurant Details

Located out Highway 70, the tiny town of Burns is barely a speck on the map, but thanks to the huge fiberglass catfish suspended in mid-leap over the parking lot, you can’t miss The Catfish Kitchen. And you won’t want to if you’re in the mood for all-you-can-eat catfish. From this little cinderblock building comes some of the best in these parts, regular or spicy hot, along with excellent sides of slaw, fries, hush puppies and white beans. The frog legs are mighty tasty too, but it’s the deep-fried quail that draws folks on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
