Perry March and his father, Arthur March, were indicted this afternoon by a Davidson County grand jury on charges that they planned to kill Carolyn and Lawrence Levine, March's in-laws.

Perry March and his father, Arthur March, were indicted Friday, Oct. 28, by a Davidson County grand jury on charges that they planned to kill Carolyn and Lawrence Levine, March's in-laws.

Both men were charged with one count of conspiracy to commit first degree murder and two counts of solicitation to commit first degree murder. The indictment can be found here.
