Just because they lack some polish, dont mistake that for lack of guts. Murfreesboro quartet Bows and Arrows arent just the most endearing group of Velvets-y, Galaxie 500-ish indie popsters aroundthey also have another gear they can drop into and rock you right out of your hornrims. (Ask anyone who saw them open for The Brunettes a few weeks ago.) Their latest full-length, 1010 Eaton Street, is the best nod to the 60s-influenced 90s to come out in a long while, and if thats not enough to get your sneakers moving toward Elliston Place, the band will be giving away their new EP at the show.
