This Valentine’s Day, we know a guy you need to meet. Call him Bob. He’s suave with the ladies and excellent company, but should you run into trouble with the gendarmes, or have a sensitive matter come up — say, a casino caper with 800 million francs in the balance — Bob’s your uncle.
