Chicken Liver Pâté, Lockeland Table

Sweet, savory, umami, texture ... the chicken liver pâté in a jar at Lockeland Table has it all. Take a creamy, rich pâté and add a little bit of the Benton’s bacon fat that’s on top. Spread it on toasted bread (for the crunch and the char) and add a little bit of smoked peach preserves. Commence toe curling.
