Tell the truth: Doesn't it burn your butter biscuits to pay $4 for a 1-ounce jar of cinnamon? Sure it does. So don't. Instead, swing by 3808 Nolensville Pike once every couple of years for a 3- or 4-ounce bag at half the price. Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, fennel, peppercorns, plus others—like fenugreek—that you probably don't use very often. You'll look professional, too, with that quantity of spices.
