You'll probably see owner Curt Cole while you're dining at his quirky Green Hills cottage, unless he's at the Amish market picking up a flat of strawberries or tomatoes. The four-year-old Firefly shines with a no-nonsense menu dotted with local produce and fresh-baked artisan breads. Go for the fried oyster po'boy, the beef kabobs with raita or the duo of crème brûlées. Chances are Curt will send you home with a watermelon or some other souvenir of the season's bumper crop. —CARRINGTON FOX
