Best Cease-and-Desist

Waffle House vs. Jelly Roll

Writers Choice

Nothing says “I’ve made it” in the rap game quite like a cease-and-desist order, so when Waffle House wigged out on Antioch rapper Jelly Roll’s Whiskey, Weed & Waffle House mixtape — Waffle House claimed Jelly had infringed upon their trademarks without consent — we were stoked for the dude. Sadly, however, we’ve been forced to reconsider the title of our next mixtape: Scattered, Smothered and Covered.
