Culinary queen and multimedia maven Rachael Ray takes a break from her television show, cookbook and magazine duties for an appearance at Belmont University, hosted by
Scene food critic Carrington Fox. Ray is touring in support of her latest book,
My Year in Meals, which chronicles 12 months of meals prepared for her family and friends. The book, a cookbook-meets-journal of sorts, includes personal entries with each dish, and features cocktail pairings from her husband, John Cusimano.
