But the well-edited menu contains un-clichéd highlights — huachinango and crepas, among them — that foretell a fresh take on a familiar repertoire. Bottomless salsa and warm chips, inventive margaritas, fresh ingredients, attractive presentation and exquisite desserts put Alegria above the fray of the numbered menus and bean-splattered combo plates.
