The winner of the 2004 "You Are So Nashville If..." contest is Joe Scutella of Kingston Springs. Although he placed second in last year's contest and earned an honorable mention the year before, this time around he tried a new method for submitting entries. "Usually, I kept a list of entries throughout the year, but this year I sat down and in about 10 minutes thought up as many as I could," he explains. Apparently, it worked, as he snagged not only first place but also second. Originally hailing from Erie, Pa., Scutella has lived in Nashville for 10 years, and when he isn't writing one-liners to submit to the Scene, he works as a singer-songwriter and publisher for the Talbot Music Group, along with being the property manager for the Four Seasons and Jefferson Square condominiums.
