"No state legislator or executive or judicial officer can war against the Constitution without violating his undertaking to support it."

That's from Cooper v Aaron (1958), in which the SCOTUS rejected the attempts by the Arkansas state legislature to undermine desegregation of public schools (in the Brown decision) via statute and amendment to the state constitution.

They made the SAME ARGUMENTS that Beavers makes about nullification and interposition, claiming that a state has the right to reject federal laws.

Not only did the SCOTUS find that unconstitutional, they also included the above statement, which says that these legislators, who SWORE to uphold the Constitution of the United States as office holders, violate their oaths by trying to reject the Supremacy Clause.

Every legislator who voted for the Firearms Freedom Act has committed perjury of his or her oath of office.
