      <![CDATA[I agree that sometimes mixologists split hairs when it comes to multiple ingredients in the cocktails they come up with, but they certainly know more about those sort of flavor interactions than I do. FWIW, there are more differences between WT 81 and WT 101 than just the ABV numbers.

      <![CDATA[What's the point of using both kinds of WT in the 4th and Long aside from marketing? The lemon juice, Aperol & maple syrup make a certain sense, as you're essentially making a variation on a whisky sour with the addition of some orange and bitter notes from the Aperol to play off the maple syrup.
