<![CDATA[Agreed about most everything here, particularly the Skyfall song. And I'm this close to printing up a RIVA t-shirt to help spread awareness, maybe see if I can get anyone to wear it to the ceremony (I'm thinking black type on a pink tee, what do you think?).

<![CDATA[McConaughey may simply have spread his voting base too thin — no single one of those movies had enough of a campaign behind it over the others to get him a nomination. Which is shameful: any one of those performances was dynamic enough to get a nod (and in any year without Tommy Lee Jones' Thaddeus Stevens, probably a win).

<![CDATA[I'm disappointed that Moonrise Kingdom, Holy Motors, and Looper didn't get more love, as I'd rather see any of them again than a repeat viewing of either Lincoln (although I loved DDL in it) or Les Mis, but I guess that's why I'm not a member of the Academy.

<![CDATA[Nice to see that you mention Cloud Atlas. At first, I really didn't like the film because I expected something else based on the previews, but then after thinking about it I really enjoyed it.
