      <![CDATA[Thanks Jack, that's good to know. The review was written as if there was only one return visit on the second round, so to me that wouldn't be enough to know if things had improved overall since the opening round, or if the better experience this time was a fluke.

      <![CDATA[I've had service trouble every time here (four times so far), which is killing me because I really really like the food. It's always little things, like when three people order something with frites, we get one tiny ramekin of catsup and it takes two requests to get two more (this happened on three different occasions).
