I don't think our TN/RICO flying monkeys realize much, including how to find their butts with their own two hands (even as bright red as those butts are. Talk about type-coloring!)

Intrepid has it right. The refusal to set up a state-run exchange cedes this authority to the Feds, and this decision is being made by the same people who champion state control over federal control.

Their stance is an example of the same unlearned lessons afflicting the national GOP.

Keep in mind that the states who hand this job over to the feds are also ceding a lot of their state regulatory control over the insurance market. Congress put the states in control of the exchanges for two reasons: to avoid a "federal takeover of healthcare" and to maintain states' ability to regulate their insurance markets.

Even if Obama had lost, Obamacare would be the law of the land, for whatever it's worth. Romney, despite all of his promises to the contrary, would not simply be able to undo the law with a stroke of his pen (besides, ask Americans--they like the law).

But I do see our assembly Republicans refusing to participate in a state-run exchange, cutting off their state-soveriegnty noses to spite their anti-Obama faces.
