Only in the liberal bizzaro world (redundant) do liberals not see how many laws were ILLEGALLY violated in this scenerio.

Illegal act #1: Engeldinger has not been determined to have a carry permit.

Illegal act #2: Engeldinger brandished a firearm with NO intent of self-defense.

Illegal #3: aggravated assualt by Engeldinger, to wit, shooting at people.

Illegal act #4: murder committed by Engeldinger, to wit, killing people by shooting & killing them.

Illegal act #5: discharging a firearm within city limits.

Illegal act #6: Engeldinger committing suicide.

Now, back to your premise........

John Harris' law: "Upon hearing gunshots in his workplace & knowing they shouldn't be heard there, liberal worker zombie retrieved his LEGALLY stored firearm from his vehicle. Using his training he learned in his TN carry permit class, zombie wounded the shooter, disarmed him & held him until police arrived 20-30 minutes AFTER the event ended.

Asked for a quote, zombie replied to the Scene, "I can't believe Engeldinger didn't abide by the law saying it is illegal to shoot one's fellow workers.

It is, indeed, the fact that a civilian is NOT an agent of the government that makes the Fourth Amendment inapplicable to such cases.

In the example you cite, you might well choose not to search the vehicle on your property.

The case you refer to concerns Fourth Amendment application, as limited to government action. What the decision says, in my reading, is that a wrongful search or seizure conducted by a private party is not a violation of the Fourth Amendment.

There's repeated documented cases where simply showing a thug they were armed was enough for a citizen to remain unharmed. Every single one of these are documented by a news source, not word of mouth or "I knew someone who....."

Simply look at the NRA column of "The Armed Citizen" & read to your heart's content.

As for hitting the "broad side of a barn", I've already been involved in a shooting & did quite well, thankyouverymuch.
