You don't think a 5 to 1 ratio is a bit out of kilter?

The reason I throw it out there is A) TSU is overwhelmingly black & many local black kids go there; & B) TSU has an overwhelmingly larger numbers in remedial classes when compared to MTSU. WTF is a kid doing taking up space & $$$ when said kid isn't prepared for college?
