Everything I know about the law I learned from Judge Judy and The People's Court, but I'm pretty sure you don't wait until you've already missed the court date to file that sort of thing.

In this suit over a deposition the defendants lawyer thought they had an
agreement for this deposition to occur around Aug 9th. Just political fatter.
