My earlier writing was in response to the claim that HCP holders weren't law abiding citizens on the whole. Not to mention, merely having a HCP doesn't make, nor even implies that one is "armed to the teeth".............

Not unheard of at all when lawyers get involved. Lawyers often "judge shop" & this may very well be what's happening.

As for "all HCP holders being law-abiding", I believe if you check the stats, you'll find them quite so.
