      <![CDATA[I agree with this comment on the Ronni Lundy cookbook:  "I've used more of these recipes than most any other cookbook I own." Lots of good reading in that book in addition to the recipes.<br>
<br>
But for my money, the best is John Egerton's "Southern Food"...
