Apparently you are incapable of reading the quote from the poster that I was responding to. The one that referred to "online retailers"

It has nothing to do with Chattanooga - unless you think that every online retailer in existence is shipping their goods from Chattanooga.

The power to regulate interstate commerce is a federal one - not a state one.

The state cannot compel out of state sellers to collect sales taxes because the federal government has not passed a law allowing them to do so.

A little bit of experimentation yielded the information that the tax is only for physical items shipped to an address in Tennessee, so the sales tax already collected on "State of Wonder" is accounted for, and (assuming you pay this, like a good citizen who values your parks, roads, and police and fire protection) you won't be paying twice for anything.

Amazon will send you a spreadsheet of everything you've bought from them in the past year, and you can check their math if you think something shouldn't be included.
