I think we all take life a little too seriously sometimes. I saw my first John Stamos and Oikos yougurt commercial today where two women eat it and visualize him in the room and then their husbands wipe out that image as they stand there in their speedos play fighting and the women start shovelling the yogurt into themselves to bring back the John Stamos image!

@ CarrieAnn and krh, I should follow your example and start with plain yogurt and add my own fruit ingredients.

I also used to make a healthy Waldorf-y salad that I first tasted in the basement food court at the late Marshall Field's in the Chicago loop: diced apples, walnuts and dried cranberries, moistened with yogurt and cinnamon.

Using Greek yogurt would make it more protein-ferous and healthy.
