      <![CDATA[I also think Carney didn't meet any cool people here because everyone here is IN a band and therefore trying to be cool to some extent, and any time someone does this I-own-rock-history stuff on you is trying to OUTCOOL YOU. whereas cool people actually just like what they like and realize that not everyone can glom onto the rocking-ness of CeDell Davis or whoever and be true rock 'n' roll believers.
