      <![CDATA[Locker has a bright future if he keeps developing his throwing accuracy, and he's been effective in his 2 relief appearances---- but remember he was inserted against defenses that had gameplanned for Hasselbeck (much more of a traditional pocket passer), and since the Jaguars already have one victory over us this year, it's not a "given" that we're going to beat them without at least an average (and hopefully better-than-average) performance. At least this year, Hasselbeck is still our best option if we want to make the playoffs.<br>
