      <![CDATA[I could see the Mays giving the land to TSU just to spite Zeitlin and keep him from getting a bridge to the possible development. <br>
<br>
However, IIRC before this all started, didn't the Bells Bend/Scottsboro community work long and hard to come up with a development plan which was approved by Metro?
