So I went on a search for the truth and saturated myself in foriegn media. I encourage all americans to do the same.

Which is, I suggest, part of the reason that state officials are concerned. After all, for all their shortcomings, the Tea Party protests did not involve professional protesters who sought to incite violence like the anti-capitalist protests in Seattle, DC and other cities.

I bow to no one in my defense of the rights to Free Speech, Assembly and Petition. But those rights do not mean that they can be expressed anywhere or anytime.

I can't believe he doesn't get that this is the reason for the Occupy movement in the first place: the fact that there's one set of laws for the 99% and another set (i.e. none at all) for the 1%. If the laws against fraud were actually enforced, for instance, the upper management at Goldman-Sachs would be behind bars and nobody would have to camp out in the streets.

So let's see this guy put his money where his mouth is, and enforce some laws that weren't put in place just to put the 99% in their place.
