Yep, Elliston will remain open.<br>

      <![CDATA[I think the sanitation issue was one reason the brothers haven't decided on self-serve vs. employee assist. I also think that by "bin" everyone is imagining vast barrels, when it is more likely to be the spigot-style of Whole Foods, which requires no hands in the product.
