      <![CDATA[The UCC, aren't they the group of heavily tattooed young men (lacking the discipline to spend years learning how to box...or read) who stage fights in odd shaped "rings" that are watched by a large number of heavily tattooed young men (lacking the discipline to finish high school and spend a lot of time under arrest for domestic violence against poor self-esteem women)?

<br>
Gilbert, churches speak out about political issues all the time. When the lottery was on the ballot several years ago, churches passed out signs against it.

      <![CDATA[FYI, the Justice Sunday events were not something I supported, but I did understand the frustration of some who felt that court nominees were be discriminated against on the basis of their deeply help moral and religious principals. It is impossible to strip out religion from a devout individual person, and excluding people from public service for having these beliefs is  wrong.

      <![CDATA[I think endorsing or condemning specific legislation is crossing a line, similar to endorsing or condemning a specific candidate for elective office. Pointing out the religious group's opinions on the issues that the legislation touches on or that the candidate is campaigning on is a whole different animal, totally OK.
