      <![CDATA[I need some protein, whole grains, and fat. Lately I've been doing overnight oats; letting 1/3 cup of rolled oats mixed with 2 tbsp ground flax, 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1/3 cup of soy milk sit over night.

      <![CDATA[Back in the mid 90's when I was doing farming and agricultural documentaries  (and keeping farmer's hours) I got to discover the reason why Southern breakfasts are so heavy. We would wake around 5:00, have a cup of black coffe, and hit the fields for about 3 hours.
