      <![CDATA[Lesley, you'd have to kick the Tokyo Steakhouse out of the La Paz location now. If Rosales couldn't afford the Hickory Hollow rent, I doubt they'd be able to swing living next door to Nordstrom's.<br>
<br>
There used to be an arepas restaurant called Venezuelan COrner out near Hickory Hollow, but I don't know f they're still around.
