      <![CDATA[While I'm providing my own one-man echo chamber, I'll pass along that yesterday Gitano was using a nutty artisanal bread from Twin Forks, toasting the slices on his grill. He ran out of sandwiches just as I got there, making this the last time I'm ever telling anybody here about anything.<br>
<br>
OK, except this: He did have apples baked in red wine, which he served with a heaping spoonful of the dulce de leche on the side.
