vote of 25-29 members on every issue on<br />
tonight's agenda. Many on these are in<br />
their 2nd term and don't have to worry<br />
about re-election and the remainder know<br />
the odds of challengers seldom winning<br />
against the money and incumbentence.<br />
As always the score: Establishment 1-<br />
taxpayers 0.
