Obama is wrong on substance on virtually every single issue.
In that clip where he was babbling, what he was trying to do was put over the nonsensical notion that his new socialized medicine scheme would "save us money".
New entitlement programs never save the taxpayers money - they are a huge new expense that always cost the taxpayers enormous sums of money.
Like the socialized medicine scheme already in effect - Medicare.
