Co winner #1<br />
1 habanero pepper<br />
1 jalape&ntilde;o pepper<br />
6 Peeled tomatoes<br />
2 tablespoons garlic powered<br />
1 &frac12; tablespoons salt<br />
1 large sweet onion<br />
1 can Rotel original<br />
Dice everything and cook for 10-15 minutes until blended and soft.<br />
Co winner #2<br />
6 large red tomatoes peeled and seeded<br />
&frac12; jalapeno pepper seeded<br />
1 medium red onion<br />
1 large clove garlic minced<br />
1 tablespoon Mrs Wages Salsa Mix<br />
Fresh cilantro (to taste)<br />
Juice of 1 lime<br />
Salt to taste<br />
Chop tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic and cilantro to desired consistency. Add salt and 1 tablespoon of Mrs Wages Salsa Mix to chopped mixture.
