      <![CDATA[Embarrassing as it is, I will admit that I don't neccesarily talk to the food while I'm cooking, but if I'm alone I will narrate my cooking steps out loud to myself. It's sort of like my own little cooking show, but it also helps me to remember and follow recipes if I say things as I'm doing it.
