He's gonna get caught; just you wait and see.

Sheesh, why didn't John J. Hooker give it another shot?

Re: “Charlie Brown Has State's Dems Down

The Democrats need a semi-credible candidate named Aaron A. Aardvark.

Re: “Election 2014: Tea Party Unable To Make Gains in Big State Races

I would be on the lookout for African American Democrats voting in that GOP primary between DesJarlais and Jim Tracy.

Re: “Oak Hill Defies Warnings of Godlessness, Elects Anti-Development Slate

I wouldn't think that calling someone a "secular humanist" would normally be defamatory, even if the statement was false. Maybe if you called a Baptist preacher a "secular humanist" that would be defamatory.

Re: “Ron Ramsey and the Straw Man That Broke the Camel's Back

Ramsey knows one thing: Islam is not a religion. It's a cult.

They Swiftboated Justice Penny White by making an apples and oranges comparison. A death penalty was overturned because of the improper finding of an aggravating factor was not especially heinous atrocious or cruel. What they didn't tell the public was that the question is only reached in the penalty phase, after the defendant has already been convicted of first degree murder.

Sure, the murder was especially heinous, atrocious, and cruel compared to helping old ladies across the street, but because it did not involve torture and the victim died more or less instantly, it was not especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel compared to other first degree murders.
