It may not be considered "socialist" but I am confused if the author of this article is taking issue with "socialistic" or if they have an issue with "net neutrality"? When your only option for "speedy cable" internet is Comcast. "Net Neutrality" wouldn't be an issue if there were a competitive market to choose "cable" based speedy internet. Then a customer could "choose" to leave Comcast for another provider if Comcast choose to slow my speed when using a competitors services (eg Netflix).
