Like a great Onion story, too close to possible to be truly funny,
I'd like to see what City House does.
I agree about Murfreesboro Road. Or spend the money running a commuter train from Brentwood. That makes sense to me, too.
Messing up West End? Why??
Everyone seems to see that the Emperor has no clothes but it doesn't seem to make any difference. The (one) AMP is going down West End, period.
Density does not refer to office buildings or hospitals.
Population density refers to the number of people taht are living per the unit of a certain area.
Because of larger lot sizes on West End and less residential because of hotels, hospitals, the university, and other office buildings, and the park, I've asked to see the density studies that picked West End over Charlotte for the route. I have been unable to get any density studies.
I'm not sure they exist.
