Re: “Marsha Blackburn Waxes Nostalgic about When She Made Twice the Minimum Wage”
840 Guy that is exactly what I found out. She probably threw out a number that she ended up earning, not what she was hired at. Yet all these liberal propaganda blog and fake news sites ran with $2.15 at 1968, which of course equals like $14. But that is not true, the only state with the $2.15 wage was Kentucky in 1980 & 1981. The true minimum wage for TN at 1968 is $1.15 and adjusted for inflation is about $7.50. Seek the truth and YE SHALL FIND fellow Americans. It is so silly that liberals like to twist numbers and make a story out of nothing, when they miss the point of her statement. But then again, she needs to watch what she says, she just gave these left wing loons an excuse to change her statement.
