Thank you Nashville Scene for this great article! As a Personal Chef and business owner, you've helped me look more positively as I struggle to be a successful CEO. Rent, payroll, hiring, firing, client satisfaction, ingredient procurement, delivery, packaging..... All of these women have way more to do than cook. Unfortunately, cooking ends up being the very easiest thing in the workplace. Sometimes I wish I could throw all the bull shit out the window and just concentrate on my cooking skills.
PS: What Tallu Quinn is doing at THE NASHVILLE FOOD PROJECT is nothing short of amazing. She has a great staff that strives to offer the most delicious, organic food for the needy. I'm more than proud to call her my friend. Thanks, Tallu, for all you do!
