Naming a restaurant IS hard! Here's our story. When we submitted our business plan, we still hadn't settled on a name so we used the placeholder "Coffee, Lunch." because, well, that's what we do! Much to our surprise, the name stuck and we ran with it. Now Khalil (coffee) and Zack (lunch) love introducing themselves that way!
