How would having a 70 year-old marriage license prove anything, even if it still exists? I can think of few documents used to prove identity that have pictures or fingerprints. I'm sure this lady will go back with proper identification, but why should she have to? Citizens should not have to jump hurdles to vote. If there are dead people voting, then shame on the local government which isn't keeping up with lists of the dead. Documents don't prove anything about identity if someone wants to fool people.
